I was sitting out on the patio two days ago, thinking any day now. Yesterday was the official start of the spring bloom here in Moses Lake. Well in my yard anyway. He he. Just love it.
This is a shot of the Magnolia tree, with the sun going down last night. Time for a little time off. Fun!
More shots of the Magnolia blooms this morning.
Tulip tree is getting ready to pop open too as well as the Weeping willow.
Ok this is not my yard, but its in my world. Seeing all the water running in the river is a real sign of spring. In fact we get our irrigation water turned on tomorrow. Wooo weee, time to get growing.
Everyone around here seems to be getting busy~!
Oh! Love these!
ReplyDeleteIt is nice to see the colors coming out all over.
ReplyDeleteAll those magnolia shots are blooming lovely!! Gotta love the power of that waterfall. Where is that canyon system? Looks a great place to photograph!!
ReplyDeleteThat is on the Polouse river, just before it connects up with the snake river. You can see how dirty the water is. It was flowing high. Mostly from the snows that had melted a couple days before.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. You live in a beautiful area. Someday, maybe I'll get to that area. My favorite is that first shot but all are great.

ReplyDeletebelive it or not, outside it's snowing!

Great shots Randall! I like the first also. Wonderful spring weather here today and tomorrow...spent all day working in the yard. Enjoy it while ya got it.
ReplyDeleteLiving in a huge, noisy, pushy city as I do, it's always so nice to see that there are other parts of the world, parts that are really beautiful and where nature is king. (I've got some mice in my house at the moment, but they don't count.) You really do a great job with that camera of showing those of us not so fortunate to dwell near Mother Nature's abode that there still really are some nicer places in the world. (And make some of us wonder why we're not living there!) Nice grouping of shots, as always, Randall!
ReplyDeleteSweet Magnolias! :-)
ReplyDeleteLOL Love the shots & yes it seems spring is here for many! The neighbors tulip tree is more open I should go & try to get some shots of it today!
